Non-Disclosure Agreement

(Must be agreed upon before Supplier is allowed to view a Project and its RFQs)

The Supplier agrees that all Intellectual Property (including but not limited to proprietary, confidential and trade secret information) contained in this Request for Quote (RFQ) is the property of the Buyer. The Supplier shall not utilize any RFQs or the proprietary information, confidential information, trade secrets, designs, processes, properties or any other forms of intellectual property contained in any RFQ for any purpose other than to respond to the Buyer's Request for Quote or to fulfill any ensuing purchase order or contract for goods and/or services resulting from the RFQ process. The Supplier further agrees that they shall not disclose said information to any other person or entity without the express advance written permission of the Buyer.
