last eight years. He is currently pursuing an MBA from
The Kellogg School of Northwestern University in Chicago.

Sara Lee Corporation (SLC), a fortune 200 company.
As Purchasing Director of Sara Lee Knit Products
(SLKP) with annual purchases exceeding $500
million annually, Gary led a purchasing staff of
30 through a period of dynamic growth resulting
from mergers, acquisitions and internal growth.
During this period, he focused on the creation and
maintenance of internal and external collaborative
relationships, development of staff and
development of integrated business system
solutions utilizing a strategy of centralized
purchasing/decentralized order execution.
Richard Murray
Founder and President of MAC of San
Pedro Sula, Honduras.
MAC is a contract assembly
company, "partnered" with United States
manufacturers and is located in a Free Zone in
Honduras. Richard served as Executive
Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer for
Spencer's Inc. of Mount Airy, North Carolina.
Spencers Inc. is a vertical children's wear
company. His major project involved acquiring
buildings, hiring key management, and staffing a
start-up sewing operation capable of producing up
to 60,000 dozen garments per week in Honduras.
Richard also served as an Executive Vice-President
and Division Manufacturing Manager for Burlington
Industries Inc., Greensboro, North Carolina. He
managed the knit division with annual sales of
$180 million. The division consisted of eight
factories that included yarn manufacturing, yarn
dyeing, yarn dye knitting, piece dye knitting,
piece dyeing / finishing and cutting operation for
offshore assembly. His career at Burlington also
included warp knitting, texturing yarn and
weaving.
William Strickland
Publisher - Cygnus Business Media
Mr. Strickland has more than 15 years experience
in industrial publishing and ad sales. He is currently
the publisher of Cygnus Business Media’s Industrial
Machinery Digest, TIPS and Buyer’s Surplus Guide.
Mr. Strickland is the liaison between Cygnus and
SourceHorizon.
